This week I have trained in Arrow for 3 hours a day. 3 hours a day is not the required amount of time needed to become world class. It is the amount of time needed for maintaining your skills. After you have trained in our football training systems you will only have to train for 3 to 5 hours a day, 4 days a week to maintain your skills.
