​LOTS OF DIFFERENT KINDS OF DRILLS 6-7 DAYS A WEEK FOR AT LEAST 16 YEARS: This is commonly viewed as the best way to develop an athlete with no guarantee that you’ll become world class or even make the team. Coaches have you do everything under the sun to get better. This is all wrong.
